About

Hey Blog Readers!

My name is Joanne and I live in New York City with my husband Jon and our little doggie Beans. I have been blogging for a few months now with great success over at  http://nycfitfoodfashion.com/  I have decided to build a new blog to share my new adventure with you guys pregnancy!

I will be writing about the same topics the I do over at  http://nycfitfoodfashion.com/  but with a pregnant spin on everything! I will share my pregnancy workouts from trimester 1 all the way to 3 (fingers crossed). I will also share my food stories from aversions to foods, recipes and the insane cravings I have. Fashion will be coming in a little bit later when it is time to find maternity wear believe me I will be blogging all about it! Thanks for stopping by and I hope you decide to follow me while I share with you the wonders of pregnancy!

  2. I just found your blog today! I’m guessing you have had your baby now, congratulations! I am 16 weeks pregnant and feeling awful this time round and really want to make some difference by improving my diet and exercise on a daily basis, I’ve been reading through your blog and you are such an inspiration, I feel more motivated to really start looking after myself, I think what has been more difficult this time round is dealing with all that comes with pregnancy plus having a 3yo in tow, it’s a completely different experience! Anyway just wanted to say Hi and thanks for your blog it’s been a big help and I hope I can move forward with a more health outlook! X x

    • Hey Karen! Thank you so much for the great message! I had baby Emma on Monday via c section and she is fantastic. I was pretty sad to have a c section only because I will not be able to exercise for 6 weeks but it was worth it! I found that working out everyday really helped with the aches an pains of pregnancy. I wish you luck in your pregnancy. I can say that this past year has been one of the best of my life for sure!
